Osteoarthritis

Living with osteoarthritis is challenging for many individuals. This is why our physical therapists, in conjunction with Collaborative Orthopaedic Research (CORe), have put together a series of short videos outlining different activities you can perform to reduce your pain, increase your strength and increase your functionality.

In these videos, you will be guided through different exercises focused on improving some sort of daily function, whether that is walking up the stairs or getting out of your car. There will be three models performing modifications of each activity. Choose a starting point that reflects your current capabilities – this may be different for each exercise!
